Mucus Plug

FYI this one might get too graphic for some:)

I started losing my mucus plug on Tuesday-everytime I go to the bathroom there is more, seems neverending LOL Yesterday it started to have streaks of blood in it which means I'm actually dilating!!! OMG yes, IIIIII am dilating-NEVER thought that one would happen in this lifetime LOL Contractions are still coming, just a lil more consistent and more intense. I called the nurseline on Wednesday morning because of the blood and the OB on call said that its a *normal* part of the dilating process and that I didn't need to come in or worry. This pregnancy has been SOOOOO different than Bella's!!! So we'll just see if my water breaks and if not, we'll be holding Mr. Man on Wednesday:) By the way, tomorrow is a full moon:)

38wk Update

Looks like Mr. Man is gonna make his grand arrival on December 17th. I still hadn't made any progress at my OB appt today so unless something insane happens we'll be going in next Wednesday morning :) Can't believe we'll be holding our son in NINE DAYS!!!!! So awesome!!! I've got it out of my head that I need to push it to happen before then and just go with the flow and enjoy our last week as a trio. Bella is getting spoiled because I soak in the tub every afternoon and then she gets in there and takes a bath with Mama-LOVES it:) I figured I'd indulge her this week since it probably won't be happening again for a while.

I'll update more next week after my OB appt on Monday with more details as to exactly when I'll be going in.

Daily Update 12/3

NOoooooooo we have not had Hunter yet LOL I PROMISE that we will call all the necessary parties when we head to the hospital!!! :)

I went on a 2 hour grocery shopping trip and it didn't kill me WOOOO Ok so I went super slow-was getting passed by all the grannies in the aisles and all areas of my body between my belly button and my knees are SUPER sore but I feel great. I actually ended up having a burst of energy after lunch-figured I'd be passed out for the rest of the day after that. I wasn't able to sleep at all today-tried to nap in the morning AND afternoon with no success. AND Wolverine is talking to me-normally he ignores me and only loves Ben except for right before I had Bella so heres to hoping:)

I'm going mega Christmas shopping tomorrow and plan to bring a towel in the car with me *just in case*. Gonna leave the bags at home so I don't jinx it too much LOL I'm still aiming for Friday!!!! BUT if it doesn't happen at least I know that we will be holding our lil man SOMETIME within the next 2 weeks OR as my lovely husband pointed out, "Maybe 2 weeks and 1 day if there are a lot of emergency CSections that bump you to the 18th". I think the man has a death wish! He saved himself by making me a delicious toasted wrap for dinner:)

Silly Girl

Our sweet girl has officially hit the "parrot" stage-she repeats EVERYTHING!!!! Its really neat to just watch her mind work and she has so much personality oozing from every lil pore and a wild imagination!!
I stopped by the ATM this morning to get money for preschool and the machine said, "Thank you for banking with us". Miss Thang pipes up from the back seat, "You're welcome!!"
We've moved the baby carseat into the backseat with her and let her buckle one of her baby dolls in (she is gonna be a HUGE help-already has the buckling and unbuckling down pat) and every time she gets in the car now she has to make sure the baby is tucked in under the blankets:)
Here are some pictures....
She was playing in the tub last night (those are bubbles not grime LOL) and told Daddy, "CHEESE!!" and pointed towards the living room-she wanted him to take her picture! Silly girl loves to pose:)

Daddy & Bella participated in Mama's nesting-HAD to get the Christmas decorations up!!! Bella actually really got into decorating the tree this year. She helped unwrap all the ornaments and told Daddy where to hang them on the tree. Gotta love our sad lil leaning tower of a tree. We have a huge 7ft one but can't put it up because the cats think its a napping place.

Bella stole some ornaments and insisted Daddy hang them in her room

ZILCH & Eviction Notice

Had a good OB appt today, BP still good and Hunter is doing great. I'm not dilated at all-ZILCH!!! I loooooove my body-contractions that measure as huge spikes on the monitors but apparently my cervix just doesn't register them. I'm just glad Hunter has had time to bake and has behaved since I've been on bedrest. I'll be 37wks this week so I'm sending him an eviction notice:) I'm not gonna push it but I'm not limiting myself anymore. Just gonna do as I please (at least until I get to the point where I can't bear the pain anymore) and maybe he'll be a good boy and listen to Mama just like his big sister did and I'll be holding him in my arms on Friday:) And if not, I'm still scheduled for the 17th which is ONLY16 days-I can do this!!!! So if you see a crazy preggo lady out walking in the snow or barely able to push her cart at WalMart-thats me!!! I'll have Ben take pics tonight so you can see that the child is in my toes LOL

Updates from my last post- Bella is doing mucho better!!! Ben stayed home on Tuesday because she was still running a fever in the morning but was chasing him around the house by 9:00 LOL I've got some cute pics and stories to update on her blog this evening. Ben's grma has been discharged from the hospital and is now in a rehab facility for approximately 2 weeks. Apparently the obstruction fixed itself and she has been able to handle solid foods-YAY!!!! We ended up cooking a mini-Thanksgiving meal (mostly out of cans and boxes LOL-totally NOT my normal Turkey Day meal but it turned out yummy) and took it up to the hospital so Ben's mom and grma could have a real Thanksgiving meal and we could spend time with family. It turned out to be a nice day and Ben got me Mexican on Friday night for my bday meal-YUMMMM!!!! Thanks for all the prayers!
