WE SURVIVED!!!! First night wasn't exactly a blast but ended up going good. We read books while she drank milk like we had been doing and then left her in the big girl bed (took crib down earlier in the day and she said "Bye bye baby night night" LOL). She was NOT happy-flung the door open, shook the gate and SCREAMED!! We kept going in there, taking turns for an hour or so. Once we finally got over ourselves feeling like bad parents and just left her in there to deal, she calmed down, got back in bed and went to sleep. AND slept all night!!!!!
Sunday she didn't take much of a nap but at least stayed in her bed playing with no fit. Last night she did AWESOME-wasn't even really interested in reading so we read a tiny bit and then told her goodnight. She didn't get out of bed or whine at all, slept all night and I ended up having to wake her up to get ready for school LOL
Yep, yet another one we are saying, "Why didn't we do this sooner?" But thats pretty much how things fly with lil miss:) PROUD OF MY BABY!!!!!!!
